The preliminary investigation indicates that police attempted to stop the suspect vehicle, a white Lexus LX570, after receiving a call for a drunk driver.

Continued thank you to all the LEOs out there, trying to do their best to keep us safe. A tough job every minute of everyday.
This guy should have been locked up long ago. He has an extensive criminal record and at least 2 other cases where he was caught driving drunk. Find the judges and let them sit in jail with him this time!
Correction. I counted at least 4 arrests for DUI/DWI. Not to mention, peace orders, domestic violence, peace orders etc. There would be more than 4 I just did a quick scan on case search. One of the cars had PA tags on it so who knows how many times he was caught there or other states.
This guy is the president of Pivec Advertising who handles Mid Atlantic Toyota dealers, among other clients.
Blame the LIBERAL judges.
Blame Maryland Justice reinvestment act...
@1239 so if your charged your guilty? Because a quick scan I conducted on case search resulted in zero guilt....What say YOU
Not only judges but states attorney's who let them make plea after plea. If Wor SA doesn't argue for maximum sentences and for them to run consecutively then we might as well not even have a SA.
May he rot in prison. What a POS this Pivec is. Pages of entries on case search not only a drunken POS but domestic violence and other offenses. It obvious he could care less about obeying laws so lock the POS up for as long as allowed.
If you Google the murderer's name he's a democrat and made some contributions to ruppersbuger or what ever the hell his name is the democrat congressman from the western shore. Figures. Democrats always think they are above the law and have problems when it comes to following laws and rules.
A fine upstanding individual. 3 pages on case search!!
2:10 Yup 3 pages on case seach but yea I’m sure he didn’t do anything wrong right? 3 frickin pages on case search but yea he’s a model citizen🙄
Supreme court has ruled
it's not the responsibility of po po to keep you safe
keep yourself safe... carry a gun
Where are all the “DUI is a victimless crime” people now? You know, the ones who always come on here and say “don’t the police have anything better to do than worry about drunk drivers”.
This is very incorrect information.
I together with my buddies were found to be reading through the nice
key points from your website and so at once I got a
terrible suspicion I never thanked the web site owner
for them. All of the men ended up totally warmed to read through all of them and have in effect seriously been enjoying them.
Many thanks for really being considerably thoughtful and then for settling on such essential subjects most people
are really wanting to discover. Our own sincere
apologies for not expressing appreciation to
sooner.
I am constantly thought about this, regards for putting up.
