Baltimore may face a housing crisis this year, according to a study.
A study by GOBankingRates says that Baltimore is among the top five cities in the United States in danger of a housing crash this year.
The study looked at the percentage of homes with mortgages in negative equity, foreclosure rates, delinquency rates on mortgage payments, homeowner vacancy rates and rental vacancy rates. The site then ranked 40 cities according to these risks. Baltimore ranked No. 4 on the list of 40.

Maryland really has become a trashy state. It was such a beautiful state with tons of natural resources to enjoy. Now it's nothing but convicts and illegals everywhere. The total disregard for any neighborhood pride and self respect is long gone. Just look at the roadways you travel daily and all the trash and debris everywhere
It really started with O'Malley--he ignored the roads and infrastructure to pay off the unions etc.. Things really started a downward spiral--Hogan can only do so much--the corruption is out of control--
Bring it on. "Crisis" gives a chance for those of us with just a bit of disposable cash to make some great investments.
Salisbury will be right behind Baltimore, it is the worst it has ever looked, Ireton met with neighborhoods listened and reacted with steps to improve things, Jake is not interested in cleaning up the city, fixing roads, bridges, and in general making the city look more presentable to taxpayers and visitors. Ireton also make city walk throughs and sent e-mails and texts, and calls to block captains trying to make things work. He was also available I have tried to talk to Jake face to face and he just walks off to someone more important to his agenda he doesn't reply and neither did our previous states attorney. Also Code & Compliance had someone who was approachable. Susan Phillips who is now gone.
Thank Rick poPolli also he was the biggest scammer in the county ...parking his county car across from bars and buying liquid lunches on the county CC.
Let it burn to the ground.
@12:17 that's exactly what it will be "disposable". Unless you plan on having enough disposable income to pay someone to take on the day to day and monthly headaches you can have it. Your choice of tenants will be interesting
buying property in baltimore is about the dumbest idea I have ever heard! even if you pick up a whole block of duplexes for $1 each you have still way overspent. Now you are on the hook for taxes, repairs and all the burglaries that go on in the ghetto! good luck with that!
Doofuses like you said the same about DC not long ago. Now look. Doh....
