No one alive today was alive back then. Discussion closed. Let's find todays solutions with hoodlums in our schools, lack of jobs out of school, taxes and corrupted govt in Salisbury, Wicomico, Worchester etc.

so who's gonna pay for all my ancestors who fought and died so the slaves could be freed? what are the blacks and indians who owned slaves gonna pay? considering I've been paying taxes to support the welfare class all my life wtf do you expect out of me now? piss off!
Sounds like welfare needs to be reduced by 75%.
Reparation should be paid when they agree to self deport back to Africa and renounce U.S. citizenship.
Slavery was brought here by England using Muslim slave traders and Jewish merchant ships. America fought a revolutionary war to free it self from British rule and then a civil war . Out of 400 years of slavery only 70 plus was under America the country not very long when you consider what the they had to do to become a country... America ended slavery period

They get to live in the greatest country in the world. Reparations paid. Plus how will they decide who's tax money would go to it? The majority of the people here today came here in the early 1900's. They have NO history of slave ownership in their families. Not getting one damn red cent.
