There's more to this story. Why can't they just come out with it. It will eventually.
6:59 & 7:20 - are you both serious? The man had a major stroke. It happens. Maybe if Luke Perry had been in the news for drug related offenses, I could see jumping to a drug conclusion.
The character he played in 90210 had a drug/alcohol addiction. I've not read anything that Luke Perry had one.
