House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) recently addressed the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities conference in Washington, DC, and a reporter from Slate decided toinvestigate her repeatedly referencing Biblical scripture that does not exist.
“I can’t find it in the Bible but I quote it all the time, and I keep reading and reading the Bible,” Pelosi said. “I know it is there someplace.”
“It’s supposed to be in Isaiah,” Pelosi said. “I heard a bishop say to minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship,” Pelosi said. “To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us.”

I heard about that last June.
She's been listening too much to Sharpton and Jackson. Two religious frauds joined at the hip.
She obviously missed the class during her staunch Catholic schooling (at IND in Baltimore, no less) and upbringing that discussed the sin and Church view on abortion.
She's a worse Catholic than she is a politician. And that is saying something.
She should know. She was around when the Bible was written...
She's been around long enough to have taken first hand notes.
Doesn't that pertain to unborn babies (HUMAN BEINGS) also?
You have to know who God is before you should ever be able to quote him. Nancy Pelosi does not stand on that platform unfortunately.
