Salisbury deserves dial up. Keep all the senior chat ladies in the slow lane.
Mayor Ireton was the one who originally announced the partnership with Maryland Broadband. It is a public private partnership, that is typical of what is happening in many cities across the country. Maybe spend a little time doing your research before you resort to ALL CAPS and multiple exclamation points.
Hmm, sounds like a kick back.

Shame he didn't have enough sense to keep the $$ coming in and maybe could have cleaned up the nasty CITY ZOO/PARK. There have been numerous complaints about it and no one wants to listen. Thanks Jake - would like to take my grandkids there but probably wont for awhile.
Ireton isn’t mayor anymore. He’s a regular stiff with not much else to do so why are you referring him as mayor. Jake’s ego might take that to heart.

Make the money up with higher taxes, while driving out more businesses and preventing new ones from coming in.
Who cares? This has no relevance. The most important thing going on in Salisbury right now is making laws prohibiting people from referring to animals, at the zoo, by their gender.
We need to pull out of the next 2 years for this failed "FESTIVAL".
