The sidelined Prince George’s County firefighters -- one career and one volunteer -- are temporarily banned from responding to emergency calls while officials investigate a contentious exchange at the scene of a December house fire, The Washington Post reported Friday. Mark Brady, a Prince George’s County Fire/EMS spokesman, confirmed to the newspaper the firefighters were placed on administrative duty.

Kentland 33 that is Bryan Records favorite volunteer house. How ironic that Bryan Records loves this volunteer fire department but despises the volunteers in Salisbury and Wicomico County.
Kentland is a unique station indeed. Bryan Records grew up a volunteer. He has been both career and volunteer. He responds off duty, not being paid to calls in the county to help. How can you ever doubt Bryan's commitment to the fire service? Before you through names out there, maybe you should state what you have done for your community. PG County, Kentland 33 is one of the busiest stations out there. Career and Volunteers from time to time have had issues, this won't be first and won't be last.
So before you slam one of our firefighters with 30 plus years of volunteer and career service, think about it. I bet at one time you made that comment worked or had fought fire with him. I know I have, several times.

How do such great firefighters always know where the camera is? Thermal eyewear must allow firefighters to see through the thick black smoke to find a photo op.

Chuck,
The big difference is Bryan hates the volunteers in Salisbury and always has and he didn't "grow up a volunteer." He was always in it to get a paid job. The only reason he likes to ride in Kentland is that they get far more fires than Salisbury does and ever will. All Salisbury does is chase ambulance calls and false fire alarms.
By the way Chuck, it's *throw not through. Since you were paid in Salisbury and MoCo and couldn't cut it, it's nice to see you are speaking up for your "Brother Farmin."
And Chuck, you forgot to mention that Brian gets paid when he squirrels those "off duty" calls, it's the law.
