You could be on to something here, but my guess is, it is a coincidence or a double edge sword... You all have to remember that about the govt... Everything they do has faceted meanings... =I always thought the fires were set on purpose to get rural dwellers to move into the city, so they can get more tax money from you and corral you in tighter for if shit hit the fan, it is easier to contain...
