The teacher was not kicking the student – he pushing the student away from the door with his foot so he could close it. Apparently the student is a punk ass and was disrupting the class. Of course this is going to be all twisted up in defense of the student. The teachers need to have the authority to do what they can so a couple students won’t mess it up for all the students. If I was the teacher I would love to take my foot and kick him like a deflated soccer ball for interrupting my class and not listening .
I do not see a child being "kicked" I see a child being moved out of the way of a door so she can close the door. The teacher did nothing wrong by trying to teach the rest of the kids and this little punk wanted to disrupt the class. Now she gets fired and this punks family will probably get millions, but not punished.
Definitely not a "kick" and, honestly, I don't blame the teacher. Parents and a society without consequences have allowed them to become the nightmares that they are. From this small clip, I can tell the teacher must have asked him to leave class - and he refused. They teacher then had to forcibly remove him to continue actually *teaching* the other children. I bet this scene is repeated 500 times a day in Wicomico County Schools.
Not a Kick, it's a push. Now, what about attacks on school staff by students? Oh, that's right. They are minors, so we can't release those incidents. The students are running the schools and teachers are not being backed up or defended. Your kids are being subjected to the poor behavior of out of control students gaming the discipline system. Obama/Holder tied their hands with their lawsuit and now the kids are out of control & act with impunity. -2-Decades-Teaching
GOOD!!!!!! Kudos to that teacher. How is anyone going to teach the likes of that anything? Teachers have to put up with those punks and those punks have no respect for anything or anyone!! They have no home training and the Obama era helped form them into what they are today, and the teachers are left to deal with it. I want my kids to get an education, not have to be subjected to that sort of ilk. Kick them out of school........not just the classroom. They do not want to learn and the other students can't learn while this kind of behavior is going on.
That's not a kick. He was moving him out of the way so he could shut the door and teach students that actually want to learn. Students like him are only there to meet up with their friends and disrupt the rest of the students. It's just a meeting place for them and a place to show off their thug skills. They cause the majority of the problems there and their parent/s could care less. I know of a teacher who quit because of these fools. She now teaches at a private school and loves it. They don't put up with such behavior.
If I had to scrub floors by night and day to put my child in private school, I would .Anything to keep them out of Wicomico County public schools where these hoodlums run the schools. You could not pay me enough to be a teacher in Wicomico County. No way!!!!

I agree with 12:32 & 2:01-----I see a push not a kick, the foot would have been moving faster if it were a kick
It is. At least 500 times. I'd know, i suffered for years "teaching" in this hell hole.
Thanks Obama!
