This particular landlord has over occupied student rentals all over Salisbury and fruitland. Could care less about the students or the neighborhoods. All his housing should be investigated!! Shame on the City of SaLisbury, the City of Fruitland and Salisbury University! After the code officers inspect he converts his "bonus rooms" and attics into additional bedrooms.
Must have had some of those 400 to 500 pounders in there. Them welfare queens pack a lot of weight.
