A federal judge in Texas on Wednesday rejected a request from a group of Republican-led states to suspend the Affordable Care Act, but he extensively quizzed attorneys involved in the latest challenge to the 2010 healthcare law about which provisions should survive.
That raised the prospect that U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor, a conservative appointed by President George W. Bush, may seek to roll back at least some of the consumer protections at the core of the law, often called Obamacare.

Can't roll back something without an alterative plan.
This desperately needs to happen.
it was fine that way it was and there was no "plan"
Take away Obomacare and the Republican will lose everything. They have no plan to fix it. And now over 70 percent of Americans approve of it. Mainly because 10's of millions are getting free medicaid. And it's working. Pays for almost everything My brother does and I might next year.. He had not had health insurance in years. It's been great for him. You think he/I will ever vote republican again? NO.
Try Medicare. I as a disabled 60 year-old had to shell out just under $2000.00 for a "covered" colonoscopy. Make too much on disability to qualify for any additional helper benefits.
