OCPD: Do you know this person?

Do you know this person? Officers are asking for assistance in identifying this suspect. He was seen exposing himself to minors in an indoor pool at a hotel in the area of 21st Street yesterday, August 7, at approximately 1 p.m. He is described as a male in his 40's with a muscular build and a tattoo on his back covering his right shoulder. He was seen wearing dark blue swim trunks and black sneakers with white soles.
