Not long ago I saw a woman walking her dog with two young girls in the SBY park. One girl had her pants down and defacating on the side of the trail. I understand children have emergencies but at least try to hide behind a bush. This was out in the open in full view of the playground, Snow Hill Rd and main St. If it had been an adult I would have taken a picture for the blog but it was a child.

The other day I saw it happening right in a guys front yard! Crapping right there for all the world to see, then he turned around and sniffed his pile of crap! I can't believe a Poodle would do that in front of parents and children!

@1:13 PM, Nice try but didn't work. You can clearly see it's a black man, who thinks he is entitled to do as he pleases. Photographer, why hide? Were you scared? I would have pulled up right beside him and got a photo of his face and posted it on here and on Facebook. They are not as tough as you might think. If anything, it's the opposite.
