A video depicting the arrest of a black teenager outside the Philadelphia Zoo on Thursday, July 5, has gone viral, with many people questioning the police officers' behavior, as well as the reasoning behind the arrest.
The clip, which has been shared many times on both Facebook and Twitter, shows an exchange between the teen and a Philadelphia police officer who throws him to the ground before arresting him. In the background, a woman's voice yells "Don't do that! Don't do that!" A crowd gathers around them, including what appears to be two zoo employees arguing with one another. One of the employees is heard asking: "Is this what you want?"
Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross told local FOX affiliate WTXF that they are trying to "ascertain what prompted this whole incident," adding that they received reports of "kids running out into traffic" and selling water in the street.

Who cares, cops will investigate cops and say nothing was done wrong, as usual...
This should make you think 1 of 3 things... Either their is no policy that says don't hurt people, their is a policy that states go out in to the public and hurt as many as you can, or more than likely their is a policy that says don't do it, but they still do and all cops pretty much cover for them by saying they did not do anything wrong... All of which should worry every single one of you...
Dave T: Ever think that maybe the cop was doing his job? Or was asked to respond to the situation?
Coming soon to Baltimore...gangs of thugs selling you water at gunpoint. All it will cost is all the money, jewelry, and technology you have on you.
Cops are being indicted left and right most found NOT GUILTY BY JURY. stop running your urban terrorist black lives matter garbage.
This crap is no different than the bum cleaning your windshield at the stoplight, extortion!
i saw young kids hitting the cops in that video.. The "teen" that was arrested was bigger than the cops. I am sure he was polite and well mannered...... I remember the kids at the Naylor mill intersection begging for money for there sports team... They would get right in the street and stick their bucket out... I said many times that one of those kids is going to get hurt.. There are better ways to raise money than endangering the kids around traffic...
