Former president realizes the left is spiraling into a state of hysteria
Speaking in South Africa at a celebration for the 100th anniversary of Nelson Mandela’s birth on Tuesday, Obama encouraged everyone to try harder to debate with people who look different and with people who have different political ideologies.
“Most of us prefer to surround ourselves with opinions that validate what we already believe…But Democracy demands that we’re also able to get inside the reality of people who are different than us so we can understand their point of view.”
Obama added, “Maybe we can change their minds but maybe they’ll change ours. And you can’t do this if you just out of hand disregard what your opponents have to say from the start.”
“And you can’t you can’t do it if you insist that those who aren’t like you, ‘because they’re white’ or ‘because they’re male,’ that ‘somehow they can’t understand what I’m feeling,’ that ‘somehow they lack standing to speak on certain matters,'” the former president explained.

He is seeing just how out-of-control and outrageous his admirers have become.....but it's waaaay too late for any civility from them. It's their way or you are a target. Unfortunately for them, some targets fire back...
They just burned an American flag at maxine waters office and threw feces at a coffee shop --- owned by an IMMIGRANT -- because he is a Trump supporter.
They are attacking even their own supporters.
Who, in their right mind, thinks they will wake up tomorrow and become calm and rational?
obama KNOWS they are going to start a fight that will end up with US killing THEM and his legacy will be total failure.

They are pretty bad-ass when it's twenty or thirty against one. Wait until they attack someone's family and the man (or woman) pulls out a nine and empties it on them.

Apartheid in South Africa was wrong and indefensible, as was Mandela's imprisonment.
But after his release and ascension to power the country has been in decline and traditional tribal and racial issues are now focal points.
