Bring back the death penalty. How much is it going to cost to keep him locked up for let's say the next 50 years ?
Good thing this happened in the County because if the city police had to investigate it, it would still be unsolved.
Life plus ten years. Once he dies in prison, maybe they'll forget about the extra ten.
