The alleged Parkland shooter is back in court, as a judge determines how much of his confession should be released to the public.
The 19-year-old appeared in court Monday, where media organizations asked a judge to allow disclosure of the confession video under public records law.
However, the alleged gunman’s attorney argued releasing the statement would jeopardize his right to a fair trail.
The judge deferred her ruling and said she will allow the defense 10 days to appeal.
The teen is accused of killing 17 people during the school shooting in February.
The next hearing is scheduled for next month.

As long as he ends up dead soon, I'll be happy. Much is needed in information about his past and current medications up to the attack on that school. Might be more doctors and LEO in line for prosecution upon hearing the evidence.
9:38 the only info anyone needs to know about his past is already been revealed. He is a victim of obama and the democrat policies. He had already committed violent crimes within the school and out but because of these policies was never arrested and charged. This would have prevented him from purchasing the gun.
None of his DHS accomplices are accused or charged?
He is said to have done this mass killing by himself?
In between being sexually molested by Chabad?
Terrible.
