According to the news this evening this crack pot lawyers defense of this kid is that he couldn’t have been the getaway driver in the STOLEN Jeep because he doesn’t have his drivers license... ummm. Something tells me that this kid could have an argument for inadequate representation if he loses. He should be given the death penalty.

Amen to that. When the civil war starts I'm going hunting for the clowns in Baltimore City that ordered those statues taken down.
The attorneys will be getting millions in free publicity that will work for them for years to come.
Had she pumped the vehicle full of lead and hit one of these animals the police would have to pay millions to the family of these "misunderstood" criminals. The interview today with the lawyer and mother was pathetic.
While he may be a despicable human being, he still is guaranteed his rights enumerated in the Constitution.

And...when he is convicted of murder of a police officer...the people in Baltimore will riot about “injustice” and burn the town down yet again. Millions of dollars will be spent to send the State Police, National Guard and allied police agencies to Baltimore to “keep the peace”. Marilyn Mosby will order the police to “stand down and allow the people to express their feelings”. We have seen this movie before. Trust me...it ends badly. Been there, done that. Couldn’t buy a t shirt though because all of the “sad and misunderstood demonstrators” either burned or stole them.
Here comes the rioting and looting again. Funny how the only things not stolen in the Baltimore looting were job applications, work boots or Father’s Day cards.
