Sad, that a man's claim to fame is a boombox on his shoulder and a kazoo in his mouth.
HE is certainly an icon of Ocean City. I remember him well in the 80's.
Yeah 319, so what? No spray paint fumes came from him, no arguing or fights about the amount of space available on the boards from him, he didn't beg for money, or pester customers going into local establishments.
He made folks smile and was completely harmless. Not unlike the sh*tshow that's on the boards today and the bums living around the bathrooms.
