Maryland State Police Search For Suspect In Queen Anne’s County Armed Robbery

(GRASONVILLE, Md.) – Maryland State Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Queen Anne’s County convenience store early this morning and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the armed robber. On April 8 just before 12 a.m., troopers from the Maryland State Police Centreville Barrack responded to the 7-Eleven store located at 110 Pullman Crossing Road, Grasonville, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland for a report of an armed robbery.

Surveillance video showed the suspect entered the store and brandished what appeared to be a black handgun. The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black gloves, grey pants, black tennis shoes, sunglasses, with a dark cloth covering his face. The suspect demanded store employee give him cash from the register. The employee complied and the suspect fled the store. The employee reported no injury.

Here is an idea, Convenience stores. Point the camera from behind the register, facing everyone who steps up to the counter! That way it's not the back of the head you are filming. You would think every store would do just that, after all that's where everyone, either buying or robbing, will be facing.
