Winner take all? Not if Electoral College critics win cases

BOSTON — Critics of the winner-take-all system used by 48 states to assign their Electoral College votes are hoping to have the practice ruled unconstitutional.

They took their first step last month by filing federal lawsuits in four states, arguing that the practice of assigning all of a state’s Electoral College votes to the winner of a state’s popular vote runs counter to the principle of one person, one vote.

The group behind the initiative, the League of United Latin American Citizens, said a state’s Electoral College votes should instead be assigned to candidates based on a proportional system.

They ultimately hope the U.S. Supreme Court will take up the case.

Liberals want to get rid of the electoral process to give them the advantage, They allow illegals to vote in their states so by the sheer number of illegal votes they will win every national election. The down part is the most populated areas in our country will make laws for the rest of us to live by or die by.

There is one problem with that schema. It would likely result in nether of the candidates having a majority of votes in the Electoral Collage throwing vote into the House of Representatives.

This is really scary to think that New York and California will determine who controls the government with all the dead and Illegal votes they have. This would be the downfall of America as we know it. It would be like living in Russia.

After all these years the Electoral College was fine. Then all of a sudden the Democrats lost a big race they rigged to win and they lost. Now they are all batshit crazy saying it's unconstitutional and want it changed. If Hillary won by the Electoral College you wouldn't have heard a peep out of them and the would have done everything in their power to prove that it was constitutional for them only. Just ask Chuck Cook. He tried to argue that Trump was an illegal President because of the EC. He argues that Obama was a legal President and you are racist to ask where his college transcripts are or where his birth certificate is. He also thinks Trump isn't a legal president because he hasn't shown his tax records.

That's right, illegals and criminals and now indoctrinated high school students.
