Dave T: I'm delighted to see police working with their community to solve problems! This is one of many ways people can make change and resolve the problem. Much more can and should be done, but this is one of the most sensible solutions I have yet to see. My only problem with this is why aren't Maryland State Police doing the same thing? This is much more than a problem for Delware, and it's one area I would truly welcome and be very interested in learning from law enforcement on how we are best advised to react to in these situations. We need programs like this in Maryland! Great job to whoever in Delaware came up with this concept. Job well done!
