Subject probably has never accomplished anything in life and is starved for recognition. I recognize "it" as a worthless idiot and hope I'm wrong.
Ditto 7:09...I was stopped for a traffic light a week ago here in the hood of Salisbury at the corner of GOB (Rt. 50 / Division St.), I wasn't looking for anything, just killing a minute or so when a citizen walked by my vehicle with his drawers dropping. Talk about a disgusting pig, the dude had skid marks all down his under garment. I sure didn't want to view such crap (no pun). I was merely watching my surroundings being in the hood.
He can't hear you!
Well at least he'll be easy to pick out in the grainy surveillance video.

What the heck do these fools get out of having their pants down like that? What a disgusting looking chump. I guess his momma gave him his allowance from her welfare check that day. The first of the month. Which is when you see lots of this in the mall. Buying shoes to take home and sell on ebay. They fill the mall up on the first week of the month and the illegals fill it up on rainy days. Disgusting.
