The former chief executive of a Pennsylvania health services company accused of claiming his luxury cars and 39,000-square-foot mansion were business expenses has been charged with tax fraud.
Joseph Nocito Sr., 76, was indicted on Wednesday with 10-counts of tax fraud and conspiracy to conceal personal income from the IRS.
Prosecutors alleged that Nocito claimed corporate business expenses on the millions of dollars it cost to build his mega-mansion he called 'Villa Noci'.
The businessman also reportedly claimed payments for his personal butler, a Jaguar, Maserati and Rolls Royce as corporate expenses.
