Joshua is a white male, 35 years of age, 5’09″ tall, 220 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. He may be driving a white, 2006 Dodge Dakota pick-up truck with DE registration CL50537.
Troopers have been unable to make contact with Joshua to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
