WCSO too busy writing tickets to people with jobs trying to get to work everyday. They have no time for finding the drug dealers unless one gets dropped in their lap like that teacher.

15 different government agencies to investigate one criminal drug dealer! That's incredible. No wonder the dozens, or hundreds, of people involved in the investigation are so against any relaxation of the drugs laws in the losing "war" on drugs. MY God, how much money was spent to get this guy selling drugs to people that wanted them?
