Hey everyone, i read all the comments made on here previously.... I am not going to say who I am or how I know this information but this is the absolute truth and is what happened... She was issued 50,000 bond and was released 24 hours after being arrested...Once she was out she used a phone that had been tapped by the police and was recorded stating that she has no intention of sticking around for the trial and was renewing her passport so she could flee the states to a non-extraditable country and if she couldnt flee then she was killing herself. This was played for a judge who signed a bond revocation arrest warrant. she was picked back up after being out for roughly 36 hours and is now being held on a no bond warrant.... Once back behind bars she called and instructed her sister to go to her house to try an steal the phones of both her son and his girlfriend....she then instructed her to smash them as hard as she could to try and destroy any incriminating evidence that may be on either of their cell phones. Both Monica Snee and her sister Pollyanne Moore/Chilton were charged with MDOP (Malicious Destruction Of Property) as well as tampering/concealing evidence. Her sister, Pollyanne Moore/Chilton, is and has been involved just as much as Monica Snee was in the buying/selling of oxys and heroin over the last 5 years. She has yet to be arrested however.

The Wicomico County School board is amazing in who they hire and how they interview. They are so far to left they have fallen off the charts , The wic. government is very close to the same . They wonder why we have a drug problem!

Wow,you just about got it all right. You forgot to say that her son and his girlfriend were involved, big time. This drug dealer also put a man behind bars, only to find out it wasn't true. He received 15 years and after 3 1/2 years the truth came out, or should I say was allowed to come out, he was released. He got nothing but a good luck to you. He told the State Attorneys office what she was doing, but they didn't care to listen. He told everyone who would listen. That was over 7 years ago. They defended her and knew she was telling lies. They even helped make up lies to put this man away. I just wonder how many people lost their lives because no one cared to listen. Shame on you Mrs. Assistant State Attorney. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!
wicomico county boe has alot of problems, most notably the fact that they allow individuals like this to be able to coach your child in after school sports or activities because they are a wboe employee before they allow individuals from the community fill those positions. So the likes of someone i.e. outstanding professional like Mr Tom Brown would not be eligible if a wboe employee wanted the position. According to wboe rules, the employee would get first choice over a more qualified individual. You want to see how bad this is go watch some of the coaches in local high school sports! esp the ones where the coaches are wboe employees!

Its not just the board of Ed. Interviewing around here is like a clown show. Our dinner parties topic of conversation is often followed by copious amount of laughter at what all of us have endured with the totally ignorant and useless line of questioning we have had to field during our 1/2 hour of interrogation in the employer's office.
We often count ourselves lucky when we hit the babbling employer that can't stop talking about themselves and never ask us one question. Then we have the arrogant millennial who is connected to daddy's money and got his questions off the internet from an HR article 30 years ago. Or the negative nancys where we ask why we were called since our time spent was listening to our resume being criticized and our experience demeaned.
I am not at all surprised she was hired.

it took such a long time for this dealer to get caught because the sheriff's department might have been the ones running the previous investigation . there is corruption in the wicomico county sherrifs department. and there are a few very lazy ,pejudice and incompetent deputies in the WCSO. and they make the whole WCSO look bad. there are probably at least a few innocent people in jail because of this corruption . and the deputies are not prosecuted because it is covered up.
Its bad when folks taking out the trash smell worse than the trash itself!

Your ignorance is booming. The sheriff's office did not run the previous investigation. They ran THIS investigation. And an arrest was made in one month. Know your facts before you spew off at the mouth.
ok you have started talking now tell us.. who was the assistant states attorney? and Who did the previous investigations and who were the ones that did not listen to him and follow up on what he was saying? This could have ended a few years ago, should they have listened? Who are They? We want to know so get the truth out there!
You are so completely wrong I laughed out loud. WCSO did not run the first investigation as far as corruption goes maybe you could enlighten us instead of just making accusations. It just appears you are trying to get a rise out of someone or just act like you know something about nothing!
I sit here and read these comments and I can tell some of you guys don't have a clue on what you are talking about. This drug dealer was finally caught because of the GREAT work done by the sheriff's department. If I had something done to one of my loved ones, I'd want this sheriff's department to handle it. They would do their jobs. These sheriff's deputies go out every hour of the day and put there lives on the line. We are all not perfect in the way we have handled some of the things in our lives, so please think about that before you comment on this drug dealers case. Someone listened this time and I'm happy about that. We all should be. The man that she had put away, over lies, is out and doing well. He has put it behind him and moved on. I just hope no one died because of what this drug dealers family drug ring has done over the last ten years.
Why be careful when what you are saying is the truth? Everyone is easy to find. Is that a threat coming from you? The people who know the man,that she and her kids were allowed to lie in court by the Mrs assistant state attorney and the public pretenders office, know he's doing well. He lost his job, but got it back. He lost his dog, that her crack head partner has, but has a beautiful new one. He's even back coaching kids football. He knows the truth about this drug dealers life but as far as I know he wants to stay out of it. I just wonder why no one listened to him years ago. SHAME on those people and they know who they are.
Not all go out everyday! In Willards there is a sheriff's car which spends 3/4 of the month just sitting in his driveway not moving day or night. I have seen because I ride by it daily and nightly!
Well it's easy to find out who the Mrs assistant state attorney was in the case. She even made up charges against this man after he got out only to drop them. Maybe she will help out her drug dealer friend now. SHAME on her and her drug dealing friend. Why didn't people listen? How many people died because nobody cared to listen. How much money was spent on young people going to rehab? This makes me sick!!!!!
Yet, investigations into illegal drug sales against a couple of well known businesses (one paving and his car repair buddy) get squashed by the WCSD because they're "friends" with a few higher ups.
It will be interesting to see if wboc, wmdt, daily times or sbynews shows up at board of education meeting and demand to know how this woman was still teaching in Wicomico County over the last 16 years when she has had 5 arrests in the last 10 years.
