It seems to me they forgot one major thing, wisdom and experience.
While we are seeing this exact situation in the City of Salisbury with a very young and inexperienced Mayor, we're also watching him remove the very people with wisdom and experience and replacing them with children right out of college. I guess it's because they're smarter because some Liberal jackass teaching them in College said so.
It's no wonder the "gray hairs" and running out of the City just as fast as they can, just like the Salisbury Police Officers. This used to be the place seniors wanted to retire in but we all know, the verbal abuse the City places on them, (even on live TV, PAC 14) and the retaliation towards anyone who speaks out is enough for these young bucks to take control and destroy the City even more while "gray hairs" run for the hills.
The funniest part is watching the Good Ol' Boys and special interests quietly redesigning the political arena, setting up their younger generations/children in order to profit from their fabricated future. Look very close at the pictures of the people at Jack Heath's announcement run for County Executive and stop being so stupid people. You are ALL being played and don't you ever say I didn't warn you. No conspiracy here Folks, just facts.

The problem is the US "education" system is a dumbed down mess. The democrats lowered the standards because when they ran all the jobs overseas they lied (like ALL democrats do CONSTANTLY) and said the reason young people couldn't get jobs was because they weren't educated.
Anymore used toilet paper is more valuable then any degree from a public US university or college and that is a fact.
Major US companies have to send out people to foreign countries to find qualified and truly educated people in the STEM field. Like engineers for instance. It's not because they can pay less either because they are paying them double if not triple plus living expenses to come here and work.
Now the latest democrat lie is all will be well if higher education is free and the pathetically ignorant students and most of the democrats believe this.
It's time to face the facts. Democrats are worthless liars and have never and will never ever contribute anything positive to society.
Day just like Ireton are liberals. The thing is they will not ever be accepted or embraced by the democrat party anywhere but in and near Salisbury The Crotch of the Eastern Shore. This because of their relationship with Perdue.

If liberals are the problem and this area is so full of republicans, then why aren't the republicans running for office and getting elected?

Oh stop this millennial bashing. Im a millennial, I vote, work hard, raise my family, and teach moral values. I worked hard at school, got my degrees, and make a fair but not spectacular wage. Get over yourselves, boomers! You all are doing what generations have done for years- projecting your own faults on others. Grow up.
They may be educated - but I don't consider some of their degrees as smart choices...so they're definitely NOT smarter!
They are lazy, have an entitled attitude, and not willing to go an extra inch to get the job done!

Salisbury is being ramrodded by a very select group of people. A few older people but mainly millennials. The older people are setting things up for their children's future, period.
Once set up the older people will ride off into the sunset and leave behind a rainbow dream at taxpayers expense. Many businesses will come and go, perhaps for a generation or two but what will be left behind will be NOTHING worth keeping and by that time the millennials will be gone too, with a lot of cash in hand.
Salisbury, (without any doubt) will become the next Detroit loaded with affordable housing, no jobs and no future. Crime will skyrocket. If you think they're covering up crime now, just wait and see what's to come.
You have ONE chance to stop this. However, you're going to need someone to take over. I told you people long ago, "it was your election to lose".
You get the pay you earn. If you work hard and learn through experience then you should get the pay you deserve. Just to expect more money because you have a piece of paper does not mean you deserve a high salary. You probably have no common sense, no customer service experience, No experience in the job you have or expect to be handed to you. So you should come back to reality and not expect socialism to hand you everything for nothing.

I am 65 years old and work a part-time job. From what I have seen and heard the managers talk about. Is when they hire these millennials they don't even come to work half of the time. And when they do come to work they are always late. So why do they think they deserve more pay when they aren't responsible enough to come to work on time if they even come to work at all.
