Just sayin’. The email sent to the reporters also said that White House reporters will be receiving an “engraved invitation” for Trump’s holiday reception in the mail at a later date. Here’s why I’m giving Trump the benefit of the doubt… the email, unlike the actual invitation, has a title that says “White House Christmas Reception.” The body of the email also mentioned Christmas.

Well.....I never!!! I was shocked when I got my invitation and noticed this immediately. I WILL NOT be attending.

There are many times when saying 'Merry Christmas' is appropriate and good, but there are other 'holidays' that occur during this general timeframe.. particularly Jewish holidays.
So, for an invitation on December 1st to be called a 'Holiday Reception' is perfectly appropriate and very considerate.

It's a White House Reception, not a personal reception with the Trumps. Please be a little bit more discerning when seeing things like this because when you just spout off he's lost the Merry Christmas, nothing could be further from the truth.
