CENTREVILLE, Md. —U.S. officials said they're holding high-level negotiations with Moscow that could result in returning two Russian compounds, including one on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
The 45-acre compound in Centreville is one of two shut down in December by the Obama administration as payback for Moscow's alleged election meddling.
According to reports, the Trump administration is ready to hand the retreats back to Russia.
Residents on the Eastern Shore simply knew the people using the now-closed compound as neighbors.

I was looking over the property records of this property and Google Earth. What's interesting is that right smack in the middle of the 45 acre compound and off to the right is an "office building" according to the assessment page owned by the State Dept. Put there obviously to spy on the Russians.
In reality, Obama took that place illegally. You're not allowed to take property from its owner unless they are found guilty of a crime by a court of law and the property is the profit of said crime. Once again, Obama disregarding law and just making up his own deal. Imperial wizard.
The estate was sold to the Union of Soviet Socialist in the 70's by the family who also owned Ski Liberty in PA. In the 90's the deed was changed to reflect the fall of the Soviet Union to Government of the Russian Federation. Pre the purchase of this retreat the Russian Gov't used to rent an estate near Salisbury. They had originally planned to purchase a property in Mt Vernon but the State Dept wouldn't approve the purchase.

The expulsion of the diplomats and the takeover of the retreat (called a dacha in Russian translated means like a summer cottage-hardly a cottage at over 25,000/sq ft) was nothing more then obama showing off and grandstanding. The Russians didn't influence the election nor was there any collusion. Just more of the lies that all democrats tell constantly. Truth and honesty is not a quality you can find in any democrat. They will even lie when the truth would better suit them.
The best thing the Trump admin can do is allow the Russians to return to the property. That will excite the liars to know end and will "prove" collisions. Maddow's liable to get so excited that she will have an orgasm right on live TV when talking about it.
I trust the Russians more than Democrats.
