“Disheartening and demoralizing,” wailed Judge Neil Gorsuch of President Trump’s comments about the judges seeking to overturn his 90-day ban on travel to the U.S. from the Greater Middle East war zones.
What a wimp. Did our future justice break down crying like Sen. Chuck Schumer? Sorry, this is not Antonin Scalia. And just what horrible thing had our president said?
A “so-called judge” blocked the travel ban, said Trump. And the arguments in court, where 9th Circuit appellate judges were hearing the government’s appeal, were “disgraceful.” “A bad student in high school would have understood the arguments better.”
Did the president disparage a couple of judges? Yep.

Eh, you clip the court's wings via nominations not punitive actions. I was thinking about his earlier in the week and it occurs to me the system is functioning as designed. Electoral college prevented one region of the country from deciding the President. The President uses his executive powers and the courts say "not so fast" Another President sets out to close Guantanamo and the Congress (controlled by his party) refuses to fund the operation. We might not agree with any or all of these actions and outcomes but things are checked and balanced.

Pres. Trump needs to put together a special police force to remove these Liberals and make them disappear.
Explain to me the terrorist who Tried to kill college kid with a butcher knife had to be shot. He was here on student exchange program, not vetted, free college, free food, free books, free housing, owned a car, independent car and had a place of prayer on campus!! How is that checks and balances. zero Christian church's on this campuse because against the rules and I don't qualify for free college because I was born here and don't have kids. I'm missing the Checks and balances. More ILLEGALs collecting free food, free phones, free housing and free healthcare then born Americans! List goes on and on, I'm not understanding the checks and balances that you see. FYI if obama wanted the jail closed he would have closed it regardless. Federal reserve misplaced approximately 2 trillion under his watch and wasn't even investigated.
