So we take a survey and then what??
"So we take a survey and then what??"
They have to take a survey because they have a government grant to spend. If they don't spend the money they don't get any more grants.
Take a survey then raise your taxes and they will buy them a group house next door to you.
9:10 fully understand. that is my point and the grant supports the survey. does not help the homeless
i'm pretty sure i heard about some black family from dc that was just recently thrown out of public housing. have you been able to contact them?
lmmfao!
