Question Of The Day 11-28-16
Did/Have you found any deals during Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

None what so ever. I ended up going to Amazon to order the item I was looking for. Best buy wanted 15 dollars more for the same wifi router with sales tax on a 150 dollar item! No sales tax, cheaper price and free shipping in two days! Can't beat it, and no black Friday thugs all fighting for the same worthless stuff that will end up in a yard sale or the trash in a few years! Also went to Bed, Bath and Beyond, and Home Goods. No deals or sales there either!
The biggest deal we found was: Cyber Monday...The new Fins Seafood & Raw Bar in Berlin was offering a 40% bonus card with the purchase of a gift card. We bought a $100 gift card and received a $40 bonus card free with no restrictions.
I can't believe how people stand in line for a TV (yes, maybe it's a good deal), but they have a perfectly good TV at home. Doesn't anyone wait until their TV goes kaput before they buy a new one?
I didn't look for any as I am not into the consumerism trap. If I do need something specific I usually look for it online or go to that crap store Walmart.

And they usually only have room for ONE person at a time. Geesh.
got news for ya's. Most of them there tv's are made from junk. the parts used are not screened to perform to normal standards, hence the low price. junk made from junk. so when it dies in 3 mos you'll have gotten what you paid for! only good thing about being stupid is you don't know you are stupid. public school!
8:37 Not agreeing that what you say is true, but better to pay $250 for something that will only last a year than to pay $400 for something that will only last a year.

Felt great Saturday and Sunday for Football. Recovering today looking out over the Assawoman Bay. Overcast Monday, maybe an ok sunset in a few hours!!
Better "sales" in December!
Kitchenaid 5qt professional mixer for $170 at Target. A $450 mixer, with free shipping.
guns and ammo where dirt cheap
getting rid of the extra election stock
Still shopping Target after their forcing customers to use gender-neutral bathrooms?

I did say "usually". And THAT scenario is the one people are trying to avoid happening with their kids.
