Regardless of this over weight child's health problems most likely related to genetics and diet he still should not be in a stroller, not a baby, does he go around Walmart and other stores in carts designated for handicapped people? They need to have a weight limit in the stores for carts. And mothers like this need to realize this is not loving your child but enabling him.
