Court hearing on Capitol lockdown disrupted; ABC7 crew hassled during live report

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — In a court hearing Wednesday for the suspects in the Tuesday shooting incident that caused a lockdown of the U.S. Capitol, some people disrupted the courtroom and minutes later interrupted a live television report by ABC7/NewsChannel 8's Sam Ford.

Ford was reporting on the disruption in the courtroom after the judge ruled that the suspects would be held. Some of the people who were called out by the judge later walked behind Ford as he was reporting and came back to interrupt his broadcast, one pushing the camera.

Ford continued his live report as he readjusted the camera.

These kids are out of control.

If they were disrupting the court they should have been thrown out of the court. You mean to tell me they don't even have control in a court room. Throw them in a holding cell if they keep causing problems.

Contempt of court can extend to the gallery.

This how they act in school. They have no upbringing. They act like animals and our admin does nothing. As a teacher I have been assaulted, physically and verbally threatened and have been harassed by these thugs. They think it's a big joke. They have no perception of right vs. wrong. It's sad because it's going to get worse now that Obama and the left have given them backing in their beliefs. Buckle up. There will be a lot of crazy stories coming out of the school's this year.
