She should go to jail and the kids taken from her and raised properly.
I believe charges should be filed on the mother. Not only is she stealing, she is abusing a minor(s) by teaching them to steal.

No, the woman is black, she steals enough already ether from her employer or the system.
There is right and wrong. She is doing wrong and teaching her kids to do wrong. Some kind of punishment should be done to teach them that they are not to choose to do wrong. Otherwise, her kids will grow up continuing to do wrong and think nothing of it.
It will continue unless it's stopped. The next generations will think nothing of taking from others when taught that it's okay. Each of these thieves needs a turnaround, which will not happen on its own.
Leave her alone , she just took a little for the kids , she showing them the art of stealing.
