In his fifties and divorced, he retired and moved south. After dating for several years, he said to his two sons, "Why is it, when a woman finally finds a man she likes, she tries to change him?"
Give a black an inch, and he will take a mile. Most blacks are criminals. Never trust a Jap. A Jew will screw you every chance he gets. Never ever trust a Muslim. Only fools vote Democrat.
When I was about 8 years old we had a mentally challenged fellow who lived in our neighborhood. Everyone use to make fun of him. My dad didn't get upset easily but this really upset him. He would always spend time talking to this fellow. I asked him one day why. He said, "Every living thing deserves respect, never forget that." He didn't have a lot of education but he was a very wise man and taught me many things. He died when I was 10 from cancer but I've tried to live my life as a legacy to him.
I worked for my father in our family business, and when I messed up, he would always support me by saying, "If you do not do anything wrong, you are not doing anything." I learned the value of that unconditional support only later in life.
First heard around '95: "There will never be a woman President. Women don't trust each other enough to vote for another woman." Died in 06, hope he was right.

My father's most memorable saying was, "Don't rush to get married. Why buy a cow when you can get all the milk you want for free?"
When you say your going to do something, do it.... And do it right the first time.
Always be 10 minutes early and stick with your good job. Treat your body like a car, get a tune up once a year.

Just be happy in whatever you choose to do in life. He said this to me while he was dying in the hospital.

He would say "Son, you treat people like you expect to be treated!"
That's the best thing he said? Wow
If you don't want something repeated, don't say it.
My dad always said " No need you worrying and them worrying about it.....Let them do all the worrying". So true

"If you aren't 15 minutes early you are late"
Almost 60 and he still hadn't figured that out? Somebody was on the slow train.
Say what you mean, and mean what you say!
Work hard, play hard!

There's no such thing as a free lunch boy
Sadly, nothing.
Don't do anything that would embarrass your mother
Thr sooner you figure that out, the better off you're gonna be!
Son, Life is just too short to associate with arseholes.
At 18 he said I've given you a good name and don't screw it up.
