In other words, government contractors can no longer force people to work extra hours without fair compensation.

Coming from a Congress who only worked in session a little over 100 DAYS LAST YEAR. What the hell do they know about overtime?
His whole way of governing seems to be if the President is for it then I am against it.
The ONLY reason Uncle Sam wants higher wages is that it will mean more income for the Federal government from the higher taxable income. Uncle Sam could not give a hoot about you.
