NBA to Allow Ads on Players' Jerseys

(CNN) - The National Basketball Association has become the first major US sports league to allow advertising on uniforms.

The four major pro sports leagues allow corporate logos on practice gear.

But the NBA is the first to approve ad space on jerseys during regular season games.

The NBA's board of governors approved the new ad space during its spring meeting Thursday and Friday.

Ads have already appeared on uniforms during the All-Star game in February. Players sported Kia logos.

The NBA will be stone cold broke in a few more years. They'd sell the space on the back of their kids if they could find them all............

Why do people even bother delaying this stuff? Some things are inevitable as this country quickly finds it's way to being a Third World Nation.
Just go to any "banana republic" country and see what they are doing - and we won't be far behind the trend.
American - America's - values have gone by the wayside for the past eight years or more.
