BALTIMORE (AP) — A teen who smashed a traffic cone through a windshield of a city police car during the unrest following Freddie Gray’s death last year in Baltimore will spend six months in jail.
News media outlets report that 19-year-old Allen Bullock was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty last month to damaging property during the unrest.
Under the plea deal, Bullock was sentenced to 12 years in jail, with all but six months suspended. He must also serve five years’ probation, complete 400 hours of community service and get his GED.
The $500,000 bail set for Bullock last year was criticized as too high. The six Baltimore officers charged in Gray’s death were released on bonds of between $250,000 and $350,000.

Good. On another note old Momma Gray's drinking herself to death this according to Freddie's sis Carolina on her Facebook. Momma got ahold of that money and thinks she died and is in heaven. She can now drink all day and night and not have to worry about paying for it. More proof that you can not give these types money because they can't handle it responsibly.
Copied from Carolina's FB-

Six months? That's all??? I am assuming there will be time frames in place for completion of the 400 hours of community service as well as completion of his GED with grades that shows him to be an asset to the community. If there are no deadlines he will never complete anything required of him.
Cant help but say....WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THEM????
Just cut his welfare and his family's.
3 hots and a cot for 6 months...prob the best he'll ever have!!!
He will do 30 days max with all his family and gang friends. Get out commit more crimes get violation of probation go back in. Repeat.
