Judge clearly lied when telling press that procedure was properly followed
Upon hearing Scalia’s death due to natural causes, most people brushed it off.
He was 79 years old. But then the fumbling of the details began, Presidio County Judge Cinderella Guevara pronounced Scalia dead due to natural causes without seeing the body or ordering an autopsy.

Kennedy had an autopsy. There's pictures all over the internet all you have to do is Google, 10:11PM. As for Elvis, I believe there was an autopsy because his toxicology report showed he had a nice cocktail of barbiturates and other substances in his stomach at time of death. Can't get toxicology without an autopsy as the intestine and stomach fluids need to be extract to run tests (especially back in the Seventies.)

Dude, her title is judge, not coroner.
Scalia did say that when he died, if they did not do an autopsy...he was MURDERED....and Obama has his dirty Nig-- hands on in it!

Yes, Kennedy had an autopsy, but the results were held secret for the better part of 40 years, and some bits probably still are.
As for Elvis, he was what, 43 years old? Just his age would have raised a red flag.
7:07 AM, and Scalia's death did not raise a red flag? I say it was bright red and everyone ignored the fact. Absolutely there should have been an autopsy and who in their right mind declares someone dead and doesn't even see the person.
Texas needs to change some laws.
