There are lots of bloopers on radio and TV. Almost everyone in the business has made some.
And they reported this morning the Pier in OC is privately owned. Not quite the case.
Could not watch 48 Hours Saturday night because they had a small closing bar, that was OK, but under it they had a bar advertising station nonsense that took up a huge part of the screen. Turned it off.
Yesterday I made a right on Honeysuckle drive off of eastern shore drive , there were about 6 county police cars and a few Salisbury police and maybe a university police also , they had yellow tape around a building , some kind of heating and plumbing place .
My son called me a few minutes ago and told me they had found an "unattended death" , never heard of that term. Anyway , who knows what's going on there .

To be correct, the pier is owned by Ocean City and maintained by the franchise owner.

An unattended death is somebody who dies with nobody else present. An old person living alone or a homeless person for example.

It seems that Butler stumbles and mispronounces words in every newscast. Boc's news is rough enough without an anchor who can't read and/or speak correctly. Any other anchor would likely have been removed for this lack of professionalism. "Delmarva's News Leader?" NOT.
Bill Mitch is a smart ass and should be called down for it. He is rude to others and needs to lose his fake uppity attitude.
