Incident: Vandalism
Date of Incident: 24 December 2015
Location: 1600 block of Waconia Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Adrienne M. Shockley, 34, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 24 December 2015 at 5:47 AM a deputy responded to a residence in the 1600 block of Waconia Drive for a reported burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy discovered Adrienne Shockley inside the residence. During the investigation, the deputy learned that Shockley entered the residence through a rear door and discovered her former boyfriend in bed with another woman. After speaking with the resident of the house, the deputy learned that the resident and Shockley were no longer in a relationship and that Shockley did not have permission to enter
The deputy placed Shockley under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Shockley on $10,000.00 unsecured bond.

Incident: Vandalism
Date of Incident: 23 December 2015
Location: Chestnut Street and Elm Street, Hebron, MD
Suspect: Norman D. Gaines, 23, Hebron, MD
Narrative: On 23 December 2015 at 6:06 PM a deputy responded to the intersection of Chestnut Street and Elm Street in Hebron for a reported vandalism incident that had just occurred. According to the victim in this incident, a subject later identified as Norman Gaines, had just broken out the driver’s side window of the victim’s vehicle with a baseball bat following an argument. Gaines was soon located by the deputy walking nearby, still carrying the baseball bat.
The deputy placed Gaines under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, Gaines was detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.
Charges: Malicious Destruction of Property

Incident: Possession of Heroin and Crack Cocaine
Date of Incident: 22 December 2015
Location: 7900 block of Royalty Way, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: William Franklin Brooks 3rd, 35, East New Market, MD
Narrative: On 22 December 2015 at 9:00 PM a deputy responded to the parking lot of the Royal Farms store for the report of a subject slumped over a steering wheel. Upon contacting the operator of the vehicle and getting him out of the car, the deputy identified him as William Brooks of East New Market. The deputy observed that Brooks was visibly under the influence of what would later be determined to be CDS and was placed under arrest for further investigation of Driving Under the Influence of CDS.
Post arrest the deputy located what was identified as heroin from Brooks’ front pants pocket which then led to a syringe in the vehicle’s console. Further search of the vehicle revealed a crack cocaine smoking device that still held the remnants of that drug.
The deputy transported Brooks back to the Sheriff’s Office for further testing by a Drug Recognition Expert. Following the conclusion of that testing the deputy transported Brooks to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Brooks on Personal Recognizance.
Charges for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs are pending the completion of a lab analysis.

Incident: Child Abuse
Date of Incident: 22 December 2015
Location: 200 block of Phillip Morris Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kyle T. Burford, 29, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 22 December 2015 at 4:39 PM, a deputy responded to a reported altercation at a residence in the 200 block of Phillip Morris Drive in Salisbury. Upon arrival, the deputy discovered that a five year old child had reportedly been assaulted by Kyle Burford. During the investigation the deputy learned that Burford was upset because the juvenile was playing with Burford’s Pokémon cards. It is alleged that Burford struck the child hard enough to knock him off his feet and into a wall.
The deputy also learned that Burford is the child’s uncle and they reside in the same house.
The deputy placed Burford under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Burford in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.
Charges: Child Abuse 2nd Degree
Assault 2nd Degree



Incident: Theft / Forgery
Date of Incident: 21 December 2015
Location: 3000 block of Barkley Rd., Eden, MD
Suspect: Charles T. Parsons Jr., 31, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 21 December 2015 a deputy arrested Charles Parsons Jr. at the conclusion of a theft and forgery investigation. In this incident, Parsons is accused of stealing blank checks from a woman he was temporarily residing with. According to the victim in this case, Parsons stole five checks, forged the victim’s signature and stole over $600.00 from the victim’s bank account. The victim had allowed Parsons to stay at her residence as he was down on his luck and had nowhere else to go.
During the investigation, Parsons admitted his culpability to the investigating deputy.
The deputy placed Parsons under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Parsons in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
Charges: Theft under $1,000.00

Incident: Theft
Date of Incident: 21 December 2015
Location: 1800 block of W. Clear Lake Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Charles T. Parsons Jr., 31, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 21 December 2015 a deputy arrested Charles Parsons Jr. at the conclusion of a theft investigation. Parsons is accused of stealing sterling silver flatware from a residence he was staying at and then selling it at local area pawn shops. During the investigation the deputy verified the sale of the purloined flatware and also interviewed Parsons at which point he admitted his culpability. The victim in this case had allowed Parsons to stay with her as he had nowhere else to go
The deputy placed Parsons under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Parsons on $20,000.00 unsecured bond on this case.
Charges: Theft $1,000.00 to $10,000.00

Actually my cousin Norman Gaines is productive and he has a job a damn good one at that so yes he pays taxes probably pay more than you so don't let the mug shot fool you.

I never paid taxes while I was in jail, oh that's right, ive never been in jail, ive been too busy working and supporting my family

@Loyalty - yeah he is a fine young citizen who was arrested, charged and incarcerated at the age of 17! Oh yeah and he VIOLATED his Probation TWICE!!!! He probably only slings drugs on the corner and you believe he is great!
