The former Maryland governor, fresh out of office in 2014, tends to hover around the one percent mark in polls of the emerging Democratic field of candidates. It's hard to say why he is still such an unknown commodity among the public: O'Malley, one of the most liberal governors in the country, chaired the Democratic Governors' Association for two years, makes rounds on the Sunday shows, has spent months crisscrossing the country to help other Democrats get elected, and was even, to some extent, the inspiration for a character in HBO's "The Wire."
But the auditions for alternatives to Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary are still wide open, and O'Malley is determined to get a hearing. He's out reminding Democrats that they have an unabashedly liberal choice -- with the record to back it up.

Hell No he could not take care of MANYLAND
Either Marty or the HildaBeast as the dumbocrat nominee should allow the conservatives to regain control of the country!
With Marty's record here in Taxyland and the stern repudiation by it's own citizens of his policies by defeating LtGov Brown - along with the HildaBeasts scandals going all the way back to Nixon's impeachment, they are their own worst enemy!
Every Democrat in the country knows exactly who Martin O'Malley is! Well, 99% of them do, anyway.
Hence the 1% support factor...
I hope his campaign bus runs off a cliff.

LOL - he sure is full of himself. All anybody has to do is look at how he left Maryland. We certainly do not need that for our country. Heaven forbid.

Only thing he has going for him is his looks. He's prettier than hitlery! Oddly enough many will vote for him just for that reason.
