BREAKING NEWS : Arkansas governor sends controversial religious freedom law back to legislature for changes

Arkansas Republican Gov. Asa Hutchinson urges state lawmakers to make changes in a controversial religious freedom bill -- similar to one enacted in Indiana -- in the face of criticism that it could allow businesses and others to discriminate based on sexual orientation.

So stop trying to say that Indiana's is the same as the Federal. It is not, that is just the smoke and mirrors to hide the truth.

The only difference is the IN law was expanded to include private businesses something the federal law did not. Private businesses were included because of the Supreme Court's Hobby Lobby (a private business FYI)which allowed them a corporation religious freedom. The federal law only protected non profits and individuals but since the Supreme Court's Hobby Lobby decision does now also have to recognize private business or face a law suit in which they will not win.
