Pediatric is not a synonym for child, why do these dummies keep using that word?

9:21....because the wording is the most important aspect of this story....how about the fact that a 3 yr old is running the streets at 2 in the morning??

It is concerning that a 3 year old was running across the street at 2 in the morning, however thank goodness the car was only going 20 mph. Lets hope the child is ok!

No matter what time or what neighborhood slow down on these side streets with homes and children!

Nobody cares that the drive has a suspended license?! Hope the child is ok, but I agree where were the parents?!! Oh I know - Sleeping?! What about lock doors?! Child should be taken out of home!!

Arrest the parent.
