A mythical metal said by ancient Greeks to be found in the lost city of Atlantis has been recovered from a ship that sunk 2,600 years ago off the coast of Sicily.
Marine archaeologists found 39 ingots of what they believe is 'orichalcum' on the sandy seabed among the wreck of a trading vessel that sank 1,000 feet off the coast of the town of Gela, in sourthern Sicily.
The wreck is the fifth ancient ship to be recovered off the coast of the town.

Humans seem to be stumped by the obvious,as I routinely am guilty of.Atlanteans must have known that when their civilization disappeared in the ocean because this post is an example of hiding something in plain sight.For many years the technology of undersea metal detectors has been a reality.Why the areas in question were not scanned previously is a mystery,because the composition of the ingots would have signaled immediately WITHOUT the need of divers.Thousands of acres could be scanned in a single day,and only when a hit occurred would divers be needed to retrieve the findings.

To be enlightened you need to know and understand history, how can you when half of our history is a lie or made up to cover the truth?????
They hide it well and cover it up well to the point when someone finds something, you disregard it like every thing else...
Like how we had giants living on Easter island, and how we have been contacted by some being from some other planet...
basically it comes down to science has been proving the bible right all the time, and no one wants you to know that... they don't want you to believe in god or humanity... Look at what is going on today, ling cheating stealing all over the place, people getting killed for noting but dirt... the war on religion except Muslims...
Again it is all about control and money, and this one world govt crap is all for money and resources and the people behind it are scared there are to many people on this earth and not enough resources, let alone all the pollution and things...
Look at china, they have pyramids older than whats in Egypt, and they are trying to hide those as well...
To think people back then were not smart and had tech like we to today but in different form shows how obtuse you are...
Look at what we think dinosaurs look like... How do we know if they were all dead when we were though of being created? either we know or it is a lie... But if dinosaurs looked the way we say then this shows you life can exist ad not look like anything we have seen before, and to think how old earth is and how far we have come in tech, shows how obtuse you all are when thinking there is no other planet with life or a form of life and or civilizations older than us... The universe is older than anyone knows so it is highly possible that life is on other planets...
To think god only created the earth which is a lie because look at all the planets and stars, and to think he made just us on earth is a lie because he said he created man, not where he put them or if it was just one species of man...
Good points 11:30;I heard something so odd the other day that it may or may not be true:If one were to travel to a planet 60 million light years from earth and look at the earth through a telescope powerful enough to see the earth's surface,one would see living dinosaurs.I totally agree with all you have stated.

It would take you 60 million years to get there at the speed of light. You would then see the light from when you left. But no telescope would be able to see the small amount light reflected off a planet.
Back in the 1950s professor Charles Hapgood proposed 'Earth Crust Displacement'. Basically, portions of Earth's outer crust moved north to south floating on the molten substructure of the planet probably fracturing along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge and perhaps arcing as much as 40 degrees. He postulated that the event happened between 13,500BC & 11,000BC thus explaining the end of the Ice Age (North America moved into a more temperate climate) and Atlantis' demise (the continent moved south to a polar position). Albert Einstein supported his hypothesis.
Atlantis is buried under the ice of Antarctica and this metal has nothing what-so-ever to do with Atlantis. However, Admiral Richard E. Byrd's Operation Highjump very well could have a been 'look-see'. Seems the gov't is pretty close-mouthed about it's 'research' in the Antarctic.
