• And on three Circuit Court Bench Warrants issued in August, all for Violation of Probation on the charge of Criminal Child Support

• Rivers has history of Drug Abuse

• Black Male, 5’11” 197 lbs
• DOB 11/09/1959 54 years of age
• Black hair, Brown eyes
• Mann’s last known location was Homeless in Wicomico County
• Mann is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Arrest Warrant issued in September 2014 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Since he has registered as homeless, he is required to register weekly however he has not
• Mann should be APPROACHED WITH CAUTION
