Seems like only arrest are from warrants. Very little LE proactive patrolling going on for the money these guys make.
Preventive maintenance is actually the basis of effective law enforcement.
I bet CPL Lee Stevens is livid...looking at these calls and no one is kicking ass and taking names...dont be scared to do your job.
How many times have you seen a deputy walking around in a high crime area talking to the citizens or walking business to business and talking with staff and owners about what's happening in the community? NEVER! You want to be proactive or as 10:41 suggest PM, get of of those cars and talk with people, all people. You will learn a lot about who's doing what.
