I would NOT eat the steak shown, nor would I buy it. It's a heart-attack waiting to happen, with almost 50% FAT!

fats where it's at. sugar, white flour, white bread (no fiber), junk food, regular salt, starches like white potatoes, limas, corn, sodas, sports drinks, junk beverages with lots of sugar and NOT enough pure water, etc. is the heart attack culprit, not FAT. too much of anything is bad, but fat and especially good fat is wonderful and you will lose weight, lower cholesterol, get your blood sugar down and blood pressure will come down. period.
